Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone’s time, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service, and no-shows may be charged 100%. Clients who no-show may also be required to pay a rescheduling fee before booking a future appointment.
A late arrival fee may be applied if you arrive past your scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your stylist will assess their schedule to determine if your appointment can still be accommodated. If not, it may be considered a late cancellation.
A card on file is required to reserve all appointments.
